Queso Flameado is a cheese casserole with chorizo sausage. Our server filled and rolled flour torillas table-side with the tantalizing taste combination of melted, oh so gooey cheddar cheese and spicy chorizo sausage. Simply awesome. When you die and you are not sure if you are in Heaven or in Hell, check the color of the grease on your dinner plate. If it is orange as in this photo, you are in Heaven.
