Southside's Sausage

I was very excited while waiting in line and drooling over the mountain of sausage links behind the counter. It reminded of the sausage markets of Cajun Country in Louisiana. while they were very good, I did not find them to be spicy. They were very good, but not good enough for me to fork over (pun!) $50+ to have five pounds overnighted to Port St. Lucie. I am banking on the Lockhart joints to come through. BTW, the potato salad may have been the best I have ever eaten.
