Fried Chicken Breast - Hot Sauce Williams
All of that hot sauce you see in the photo is really more sweet 'n spicy, but not that spicy. Monica, out server, asked if I wanted it on the chicken. I responded, "Do it up!" The chicken wasnear the elite level - crispy, juicy, flavorful, and coated in sauce. While enjoying this piece of poultry I wondered if Mr. Williams might have had an earlier and unsuccesful restaurant venture that used the name: "Warm Sauce Williams." If this is the case, I believe any and all involved would have suggested at least this one small change in the failing business, and that change would appear to have made all the difference.
