Beef on 'Weck


A Buffalo area curiosity is the Beef on "weck sandwich, made with thin-sliced roast beef and au jus on a Kimmelweck roll (kind of a pretzel roll with kimmelweck seeds, which are like carroway seeds). It was interesting, but I am not a real connoisseur of beef. Steve and I split the wings and sandwich.
