Why The Greenhouse Tavern?


If one carefully reads the bottom third of this section of the menu, one will read about a hog's head. A dream come true! Jowl fat and meat (a pig's cheek) is a pork delicacy. This dish was an in-your-face delicacy! So, so tasty. So, so moist. So, so fatty.
