How hot are they? Not hot to me, but they were still very good. Their hot sauce was heavy on vinegar and salt, and it left that nice slow burn in the back of your mouth as you munch on more and more. The place was full and loud at 3:30pm. Off to our hotel to rest and recuperate for another round of wings later tonight at the Anchor Bar, birthplace of the Buffal Wing. I have a suspicion it will be a tourist trap, but Steve and I did tour Graceland while in Memphis. And Steve wants to walk there tonight. I don't think the temperatures will warm up any without sunlight. Just keep saying, "Hot sauce. Hot sauce. Hot sauce."
