Anchor Bar's Wings

The Buffalo wings we ate here were fried perfectly. The skin was crispy while the meat was moist. As for all of the wing sauces that bragged about, I have not found one that, to me, is as good as Ms. Betty Smith's wing sauce. Anchor was good. Duff's was better, but arond here no one seems to think that the suicidal level of hot sauce should be somewhat painful. Hurricane's category six wing sauce is much hotter than up here. These wings were really good.
