If you ever find yourself within 100 miles of Asheville, NC, then head on over to the Fiddlin’ Pig. A Bluegrass BBQ joint close to the Great Smokey Mountains, the Fiddlin’ Pig had THE BEST SMOKED BBQ RIBS I HAVE EVER EATEN! When I picked up one of the ribs, half of the meat fell off! This meat literally melted in my mouth. We ate there for lunch, but the scene at night must be killer. I shall return.
