After swearing off four-star restaurants and overly complex dishes, I now seek the pleasure of simple foods that represent the different cultures that, in the end, make us all who we are. Nah. Secondi
Orecchiette in lamb neck ragu and Sardinian Lamb with Roman artichokes. Once again, the food was perfect. My pasta was so fresh tasting. Darryn's lamb chops nearly melted within one's mouth.
