After swearing off four-star restaurants and overly complex dishes, I now seek the pleasure of simple foods that represent the different cultures that, in the end, make us all who we are. Nah. Bagel and Lox and Sable
Some traditional gaspe nova scotia smoked salmon (lox) and smoked sable. This is so good. You just cannot find anything like this on the Treasure Coast. Ah, to be back in Manhattan!
