After swearing off four-star restaurants and overly complex dishes, I now seek the pleasure of simple foods that represent the different cultures that, in the end, make us all who we are. Nah. Mark's Pork Adobada Taco
This taco is the best taco I have ever eaten. When I begin repeating monosyllabic words, in this case "yes," I know I am having an experience that I sought. I will have another pork adobada taco in San Antonio later today. Oh, yes, I will.
