Follow my culinary adventures as I explore different regions and cuisines across the United States and, hopefully, around the world. After swearing off four-star restaurants and overly complex dishes, I now seek the pleasure of simple foods that represent the different cultures that, in the end, make us all who we are. Nah. I'm just looking for some good, cheap grub so I can act silly while taking photos and sharing part of me with family and friends!

Arthur Bryant's Barbecue
Arthur Bryant's Barbecue is legendary in the BBQ world. Arthur
Bryant's Barbecue receives acclaim for brisket, burnt ends, ribs, and, of course, it's BBQ sauce. I have to try the burnt ends sandwich. I have read rave after rave about it on different BBQ and foodie forums. I like the photo of the restaurant as we drove up to it. It sounds crazy, but I cannot explain how excited I am!
I posted the Arthur Bryant's experience in "reverse" order. This way the top posts reflect what happened first.
