We are leaving the hotel room at 7:45 am, CENTRAL time. 10 hours of driving yesterday was rough. Anyway, a southern breakfast awaits us at the Tiny Diny. From there, we're winging westward to N'Awlins' fried chicken institution, Willie Mae's Scotch, for James Beard Award-winning fried chicken.
