A Slab or Rack of Baby Back Ribs @ Gates and Sons

These ribs were good, not as special as I had been dreaming the past several months while planning the roadtrip. The sauce was good, but a bit salty. The ends of this slab were overcooked. I finished it eagerly, so they were still good, but not just as fantastic as I had fantasized.
